Reach EVCharge — report a wrong figure, a math error, stale specs or suggest a feature. What to include so your report becomes a fix.

Write to hello@nxtolerance.com — a person reads it.

Found a wrong number?

That’s the highest-value mail we get. The most actionable version includes:

  1. Where — the page and field (e.g. “the DC 250 preset” or “the miles/hour table in the levels guide”).
  2. What you entered — battery, percentages, charger kW, vehicle rate, losses, price.
  3. What it showed vs what you expected — and crucially, where your expectation comes from: a metered session, your car’s spec sheet, a better source.

One fair caveat first: charging curves and vehicle limits are typical values, not per-model promises. “My Ioniq 5 holds peak to 55%, not 50%” is the model working as intended — a generic curve approximating your specific one. “Your curve floor of 10% is optimistic for my 2019 Leaf” is a correction, and the kind we’ll ship.

Outdated specs or prices

Connector standards, station power ratings and electricity prices all drift. The guides were written against public sources (SAE J1772, CCS and NACS/J3400 specs, NEC rules, EIA data, EPA figures) — quote the sentence, give the update, link the source. A newer authoritative figure beats ours every time.

Suggesting a feature

Tell us the scenario: “compare two chargers side by side,” “price per-mile vs my old car,” “winter temperature derating.” Features get built when they answer a question more than one driver asks — the scenario teaches more than the mockup.

What we can’t help with

Your car, your utility or your network account — billing disputes, broken chargers at a specific site, and anything needing a relationship with a provider. For a charger that’s actually down, the network’s own status line or a site like PlugShare gets further than we can. For electrical work, a licensed electrician — we explain the NEC 80% rule, we don’t install the circuit.

Response expectations

No ticket tracker, no chatbot. A crisp report with numbers gets an answer within days; suggestions are always read and sometimes slow to reply — answered, not ignored.
